Now this data is available right away to everyone by requesting queries once a driver completes a drug or alcohol test.

Registration in the Clearinghouse is a Federally-required manadte as of January 6, 2020.

Enforcement of Clearinghouse regulations is by compliance reviews, DOT Audits, Post-Accidents reviews or roadside inspections by state troopers on a daily basis.
